The University of Greenwich is home to a truly global community of staff and students, we have ambitions to develop our already successful Faculties into a world leading centre for innovation in teaching, research, knowledge exchange and student enterprise.

The Admissions Office is currently working to a hybrid model of a minimum two days a week on campus, with the rest of the week remote working. The role is primarily based at our Avery Hill campus, but the role holder will be expected to be willing to travel to other campuses as required.

The University has an ambitious strategic plan for growth and anticipates continued strong performance in future recruitment cycles. The Communications & Recruitment Directorate is seeking to appoint two Admissions Officers. These post holders will join a growing, diverse central Admissions team, responsible for making decisions and processing many applications for admission to the University of Greenwich and dealing with related email enquiries from applicants.

In addition, you will have the ability to prioritise and work efficiently, accurately and consistently with large volumes of data on bespoke IT systems. Will have a close attention to detail, able to create, organise and maintain electronic records and make timely admissions related decisions consistent with agreed criteria. You will ideally also have a good understanding of level 3 qualifications; however, training is provided for both UK and International qualifications.

Our philosophy of Education without Boundaries means that we are committed to supporting our academic teams to deliver the highest levels of student success, enterprise, and employment outcomes for students from all walks of life. We are equally proud of our strong network of successful Alumni.
