This full time, permanent role is available immediately, based at St Luke`s.

Summary of the role

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team to deliver Facilities Operations in Cleaning. Delivering service excellence is a critical part of the role so experience of managing people and standards is essential to the role. Excellent planning and organising skills are also an essential part of the role as is communication and problem solving.

You will lead a team of cleaners, deliver service excellence iat St Luke's and the Rowancroft/JOC residential areas, providing a clean and safe environment for both students and staff.
