About the Role This pivotal role will spearhead the transformation of student equity and disability services. As a key leader, you will play a pivotal role indesigning and delivering innovative support programs, cultivate a high-performing team, and champion exceptional student experiences for students with disabilities and other equity needs. Leveraging the SEDS Review , you will drive cultural change, optimise service delivery, and harness technology to create a world- class support ecosystem for our students. Collaborating across the university, you will ensure equitable access, improved compliance with policy and legislation, and contribute to improving the experiences and success of our students.

Who we are looking for We seek a strategic leader with a proven track record in complex environments to drive innovative solutions and build strong partnerships to improve service delivery. Ideal candidates possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of disability rights, and experience managing diverse stakeholders. Higher education experience is highly valued but not essential.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to- date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.
Student Equity & Disability Services facilitates and supports an equitable learning environment for students through the provision of services and advice to students and staff.
