Student And Academic Services Professional & Business Support Grade 5 - £25,742 to £29,605 (per annum) depending on experience (fixed term for 12 months maternity cover)
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to contribute to service development and innovation across Campus Services with a specific focus on Student Accommodation. Working alongside internal and external colleagues this role focusses on providing high quality customer support, ensuring that our customers is central to everything we do.
You will be an excellent team player with experience of handling complex queries and working with a diverse range of customers. You will be someone who constantly evaluates the work we do, helping to support a continuous improvement journey. You will have an eye for detail while working to deadlines and be able to prioritise work effectively. You will develop and manage internal and external relationships, collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular updates to senior managers.
