An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Management graduate to work on an innovative project with Brighton based charity, Trust for Developing Communities and the University of Brighton.

The role is to create an innovative, professional, and commercially viable community research function, gaining valuable insights with disadvantaged communities and providing actionable recommendations for driving social change.

The Trust for Developing Communities (TDC) seeks to strengthen its community-research initiatives. This involves expanding participatory action research work and enhancing training programs for individuals involved in conducting research within and beyond the organisation. The aim is to enhance the impact of TDC's social change programmes.

This position is a 28-month fixed term contract as a KTP Associate, to deliver a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project.
