Executive Officer, Undergraduate Programme Administration in the Faculty of Business and Economics (two posts) (Ref.: 528926) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree, with at least 3 to 4 years' programme management experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should be a good team player with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese), possess great organisational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative. Commitment to quality results, excellent time management, good problem-solving skills, professional work attitude and a high level of computer literacy are required.
The appointees will provide administrative support to the planning, execution and development of undergraduate programmes, inclusive of programme administration, maintenance of student records and information systems, assessments, committee work, and supervisory of clerical staff. They will also perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
