  • About This Opportunity

    We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer focused Food and Beverage Attendants to help us in the busy season and deliver exceptional hospitality services within Patina at Alumni Court.

    Student and Working Holiday Visas holders are welcome to apply.

    Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide high standard of service and exceptional dining experience to our guests

  • 3-plate carrying, 5-plate clearing; tray service

  • Set up of event spaces, bar and pop-up bar for service, and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services

  • Stock control and storage maintenance

  • Service of Food and Beverage, mixing drinks and cocktails, basic wine knowledge

  • High level of communication, handover and teamwork.

  • This is a casual position at Food & Beverage Grade 2 Load rate $36.15 per hour plus 11% superannuation.

  • Two years of experience in hospitality service

  • Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate.

  • A positive attitude and customer driven focus

  • High standard of professionalism and excellent customers service skills

  • A commitment to excellence of product and service

  • Coffee-making experience is advantageous

  • The successful candidate must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment
