$36.15 per hour + 11% superannuation contributions
Based at the heart of Brisbane City
We are seeking motivated, energetic and customer focused Food and Beverage Attendants to help us in delivering exceptional hospitality services within Customs House. We are specifically seeking professional wait staff and bar staff to join our wonderful team who are interested in working in our Banquets Operations.
Staff are required to be available on weekdays, weekends and evenings.
Student and Working Holiday Visas holders are welcome to apply.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide high standard of service and exceptional dining experience to our guests
3-plate carrying, 5-plate clearing; tray service
Set up of event spaces, bar, and pack down of equipment, furniture and catering services
Stock control and storage maintenance
Service of Food and Beverage, basic wine knowledge
High level of communication, handover and teamwork.

This is a casual position at Food & Beverage Grade 2 Load rate $36.15 per hour plus 11% superannuation.
About YouTwo years of experience in a similar environment or in luxury hospitality service
Current Responsible Service of alcohol (RSA) certificate
A positive attitude and customer driven focus
High standard of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
A commitment to excellence of product and service
Teamwork skills
