Full-time Research Assistant II in the School of Nursing (Ref.: 528938) (to commence from January 2025 for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Gerontology, Nursing, Public Health, Psychology, Social Sciences or other related disciplines. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese); excellent interpersonal, project management and communication skills; and a strong sense of responsibility. They should also be highly motivated, independent and resilient. Previous work experience in research projects related to gerontology would be preferred.

The appointee will participate in community-based research projects. He/She will assist in project management, participant recruitment, data collection and basic data analysis; and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits, if applicable.
