The Legal Services Office is seeking a Personal Assistant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to the Head of Estates Legal Team.

The Legal Services Office provides legal and trade mark services to the University Administration; to the Proctors' Office; to departments and faculties; to the Bodleian and the Ashmolean; to colleges that do not have separate corporate identity and to certain of the University's subsidiary companies. The department comprises 27 members of staff, including five administrative team members, who are based in two separate locations. The work is busy, varied and interesting and offers the successful candidate the opportunity to become a key person within a friendly and highly motivated team.

About the Role

The post-holder will manage a highly dynamic diary and inbox, with varied demands. The position requires excellent computer skills including e-mail, word, excel, PowerPoint and the internet. The post- holder should have the ability to manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload, whilst maintaining an outstanding level of accuracy.

This position is full-time (although 0.8FTE would be considered) and is based at The Malthouse, Tidmarsh Lane, Oxford
