We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Project Coordinator to contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies within our esteemed School of Allied Health, supporting the management of internal and external compliance requirements, and complex teaching resourcing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a background in strategic human services planning, and systems/process development, with strong analytical skills.

As a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that projects are effectively initiated and meticulously monitored to maintain quality control, adhere to scope and schedules.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex projects from initiation through to successful completion, including planning, execution and monitoring.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans, that align with organisational skills, enhance employee capabilities and address future workforce needs.
  • Experience in designing, optimising and implementing processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong skills in gathering, analysing and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making and evaluate project outcomes.
  • Ability to generate and implement creative solutions to address challenges and drive organisational improvements.
  • Skilled in assessing internal and external factors that impact projects and strategies, with the ability to adapt plans based on environmental changes.
