  • About This Opportunity

    The Senior Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for preparing, processing and reporting on standard quality assurance instruments including Student Evaluation of Course and Teacher (SECaT), Student Evaluation of Tutor (SETutor) and the subsequent reporting to the University community.

    Key responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Student Surveys and Evaluations Team (SSET) policies, production, and system issues. Provide expert feedback for service improvement and collaborate with other teams to address inquiries.

  • Contribute to updating and maintaining web pages, communications, and system documentation. Assist with data analysis and run scripts for language scanning.

  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and work collaboratively with other ITaLI teams to address inquiries and support overall operations.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet tight deadlines. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within specified timeframes.

    Essential

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Provide expert advice and support to ensure compliance and effective operations.

  • Exhibit a passion for providing excellent customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft 365 tools. Have a strong understanding of record management protocols and the ability to handle sensitive information.

  • Show a commitment to delivering results within set timelines and standards. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Functional knowledge of computer software for statistics and/or Business Objects.
  • You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
