About the position
The Senior Manager, Prevention and Inclusion reports to the Director, Student Engagement and Inclusion and is responsible for leading the Prevention and Inclusion team, which focuses on primary prevention, health promotion, training, and education. This role oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based projects and capacity-building initiatives that foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment across La Trobe University.
The Senior Manager will also provide strategic advice to the Deputy Director, Student Engagement and Inclusion, and other University leaders, with a focus on sexual harm prevention, mental health and wellbeing, neurodiversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
