We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced SITS user to join the Student Record System team on a fixed term basis.

The SRS Coordinator plays a key role in the support of end users of the SITS database, supervising our Service Desk queue, responding to queries and contributing to other key data management tasks within the database.

Candidates should have user experience of the SITS database, ideally the client interface, and be highly IT literate with excellent MS Office skills. Candidates must be customer-focused and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The candidate will be able to manage a varied workload and prioritise activities appropriately.
