About the Role

Clarendon is large enough that there are two full-time members of the scholarships team focused on it, effectively forming a Clarendon sub-team. Teamwork is really important here, as you'll need to work closely with our Student Funding Officer for Clarendon to ensure we provide a seamless service to our students and partners. Within the role you'll undertake a wide range of tasks from supporting the selection of new scholars, through to helping organise events and resolving scholars' queries.

About You

In this role you will need to be creative, well-organised, thorough, and able to establish good working relationships with our partners and scholars.

While we are ideally looking for someone who meets the selection criteria we know that sometimes individuals grow into a job, so if you feel you don't tick all the boxes, but are keen to develop and work within university administration then we would welcome an application from you.

Application Process

You will be required to upload a covering letter/supporting statement, CV and the details of two referees as part of your online application.

The closing date for applications is 12noon on 30 September 2024.

Interviews will take place during week commencing 14 October 2024 and will be held in-person in central Oxford.
