    As a Student HQ Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all student and library inquiries, playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. From cashiering to assisting with student lifecycle and library services, your diverse responsibilities will keep you engaged and challenged every day.

    Your attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service will be key in ensuring a positive experience for our students and staff alike. You'll handle a variety of inquiries—whether face-to-face, over the phone, via live chat, or through email—making a real difference in our community.

    About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound knowledge of a range of computer software applications and experience in the maintenance of electronic data and manual records systems.
  • Qualifications Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work- related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
