About the Role The Academic Programs Coordinator ensures the effective delivery of undergraduate programs within the Faculty of Business and Economics. This role involves supporting curriculum development, managing course and subject changes, and maintaining Handbook updates. The team also handles academic misconduct committees and assignment extension and special consideration applications. Additionally, they collaborate with teaching departments to create clash-free timetables, gather End of Subject Survey data, and promptly respond to escalated student enquiries.
Who We Are Looking For You will be highly organised and able to manage a range of tasks simultaneously whilst ensuring strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering outstanding results. Your demonstrated success in academic program support and your ability to apply policy in the management of complex cases will be essential to success in this role. Your advanced interpersonal skills will assist in creating professional relationships across the faculty and wider university. You can effectively work autonomously and within a team to ensure tasks are met against competing deadlines. You'll be committed to continuous improvement and innovation.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
