An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen within Access and Development to become a pivotal member of the team.
You will be joining a positive and proactive group that is focused on support and inclusivity. The team's attention is focussed on ensuring fair access for underrepresented and/or disadvantaged groups.
As a Co-ordinator in the Access Development team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your developed skillset in project management and understanding of the students we work with. Your role will be to deliver and evaluate access initiatives that support specific target groups, based on current data and student/stakeholder input. A large portion of your role will be to lead the delivery of the SHU Progress scheme.

Ideally you will bring a proactive, ‘can do' attitude to your daily activities and positive energy to the whole team so that we can continue to meet and exceed students' and their supporters' expectations. The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively to deliver a professional, inclusive, and responsive support scheme and wider supportive offer.
