About the Role
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Administration Officer is responsible for providing professional, executive level administrative support service to the Vice Chancellor to facilitate the smooth daily operation of the office. You will be a key administrative support for the Vice Chancellor and will work collaboratively with other Office of the Vice Chancellor staff to provide efficient, effective and service orientated business processes.
About the Office of the Vice Chancellor (OVC)
The Office of the Vice Chancellor provides high level executive and administrative support to the Vice Chancellor and serves as a major service point for external agencies, partners and organisations in their dealings with the University. The OVC plays a coordination role across the senior executive of the University, supporting the Executive Leadership Team, and working within the governance frameworks of the University. The OVC provides a dedicated support service to the Vice Chancellor in his role as Chief Executive of the University.
