Administrative Assistant I/II (AAI/II) in the School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 530234) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- or three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
The School of Clinical Medicine at the LKS Faculty of Medicine (HKUMed) supports its departments and units in advancing teaching and learning, research and clinical service across a diverse range of clinical specialties. The Role
The appointee will assume a leadership role in supervising a team of junior executive and clerical staff, providing essential support to the administration of the School/ Department. He/She will carry out advanced administrative tasks across various domains, including human resources, finance, teaching and learning, research, knowledge exchange and general office administration; take on new initiatives; and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Candidates with less experience or qualifications may be considered for appointment as Administrative Assistant II, with opportunities for growth and development. What We Offer
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will come with a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary for AAI, or up to 10% of basic salary for AAII.
