About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader: Future Student Enquiries, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and accurate information to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students in response to enquiries on a range of platforms. You will participate in the ongoing development of quality improvement initiatives and will work collaboratively with staff across the Communications and Marketing Unit to facilitate information sharing and cross-skilling.
About the Communications and Marketing Unit
The Communications and Marketing Unit's (CMK) role is to raise the profile of UniSA and enhance understanding and recognition of its strengths and diversities; internally, externally and internationally among key target groups including staff, students, graduates, prospective students, government, media, business, professions, other educational bodies and the wider community. The Unit plays a critical role in contributing to the growth of the institution's brand and profile, as well as delivery of the University strategic action plan.
The Domestic Student Recruitment (DSR) team has overall responsibility for the management of the University's domestic prospective student customer service and outreach programs. The team visits a majority of South Australian secondary schools each year, promotes pathway options for adult applicants, conducts the annual Open Day and provides an enquiry service for domestic prospective students. The DSR team manages University wide activity at the ‘one-to-one' end of the student decision making process.
