About You The Advisor, Educational Quality reports to the Lead, Educational Quality and works collaboratively to support the design and operationalisation of assurance processes that ensure and enhance the overall quality of academic programs and administrative processes for higher education learning and teaching in the university. This position requires highly organised and detail-oriented attention for engaging in quality management activities and a deep understanding of university L&T operations.
The Advisor works with the Senior Advisor, Educational Quality and the broader CEIQ team to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes, with the goal of supporting continuous improvement and academic excellence throughout the institution. Operating within a team framework, the Advisor provides high quality support, and develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including College quality teams and teaching staff.The role also supports wider quality work with key administrative and subject matter duties to ensure broader outcomes are achieved.
