About You The key responsibilities of the Advisor are to support the Senior Advisor, University Appeals, in the coordination of the end-to-end administration of all appeal activities while seeking to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement in all facets of appeal processing. Skillful communication is vital to
this role, as is the capacity to show initiative and exercise appropriate judgement in liaising with all stakeholders. The Advisor may also be required to assist with other elements of the Integrity unit during peak times in those areas.

About the College
The Academic Registrar's Group (ARG) is responsible for a range of activities underpinning the student
lifecycle from enrolment though to graduation. The ARG operating environment is highly complex in view of more than 82,000 student enrolments across the University in both vocational and higher education programs at campuses in Melbourne, Europe and Vietnam, as well as at several offshore locations in conjunction with educational and industry partners.
