The Assistant or Assistant Professor at the Department of Civil Procedure
on a half-time work schedule.

The Department of Civil Procedure focuses on scientific and educational activities, particularly in the field of civil procedure, non-contentious proceedings, enforcement proceedings, insolvency proceedings, and alternative dispute resolution.
Your job will include:
- participation in the teaching of subjects implemented at the workplace
- preparation of study and teaching materials, preparation of written tests and clauses
- involvement in research activities, including participation in publications,
- participation in the organizational support of research and teaching activities, including related
administration.
We require:
- Master's degree in Law from a Faculty of Law,
- Ph.D. degree (for the position of Assistant Professor) or at least enrollment in doctoral studies (for the position of Assistant).
- qualified interest in the field of civil procedure verified by concrete results (course of study, publications, presentations at seminars and conferences),
- pedagogical aptitude,
- prerequisites for independent scientific research activities,
- ability to teach and publish in Czech and English, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage,
- publication activity in the field,
- moral integrity.
