Reporting to the Manager, Medical Program, this position supports the operations of the Medical Program, within Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine, and is a full-time position As a member of the Medical Program professional services team, the Business Services Officer (Medical Program) will play a key role in supporting academic and professional staff within the Program, with a particular emphasis on governance, executive support and coordination, across a range of program activities and projects.

 

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine welcomes applications from candidates with previous experience in a service-oriented position who work effectively as part of a team with a customer-first focus while contributing to team outcomes.

 

About the person

We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on working autonomously and can manage multiple priorities whilst being part of a collaborative team in a busy and growing environment. The post holder will be a natural organiser and people-person with excellent communication skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders both within and external to the Faculty and University.

 

Salary details

The salary for the position will commence at $69,843.17 plus 12% superannuation per annum.

Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to 2 years, with 12 months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
