About the Role
Reporting to the Program Services Manager, you will lead operational activities within the Business Student Hub. As the Business Hub Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational services of the Business Student Hub and the maintenance of excellence in customer service by providing a range of advice and support options to enhance the student experience and provide solutions to Program Directors to promote retention and success.
