How will you contribute?

Your role is to provide administrative support to the RDI teams.

The main tasks are:

Day-to-day management, telephone reception

o Receive, filter and forward telephone messages.

o Processing incoming mail.

o Managing mailboxes and shared calendars.

Organising meetings

o Helping to organise meetings, seminars, workshops, etc.

o Preparing and ensuring the administrative follow-up of catering requests.

o Preparing the agenda for project submission meetings.

Administrative management

o Administrative support for purchasing, order encoding (SAP).

o Managing stocks of office supplies for the Department.

o Managing time-sheet signatures.

o Organising the dispatch of parcels, samples, etc.

o Organising travel for certain visitors.

Writing and formatting documents

o Produce emails.

o Producing, proofreading and formatting documents in accordance with LIST standards.

Education

  • Bac+2
  • Experience and skills

  • 3 years' professional experience in the field.

  • o Knowledge of professional messaging systems

    o Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat

    Language skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
  • German/Luxembourgish is an asset.
