The Role

As Campaign Specialist, you will lead the overarching campaign delivery, owning budget planning, meeting key deadlines, and washups of the end results. You will be a champion of our identity and brand, and approach campaigns with an audience first mindset. Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the post

1. Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing the media budget to hit student recruitment KPIs

2. Lead overarching campaign delivery – be the owner of key deadlines and ensuring all deliverables are briefed and delivered on time

3. A hands-on approach to working across all marketing channels including TV, Radio, Affiliates, OOH and Digital

4. Working closely with our suppliers, including advertising agencies and affiliate partners, agreeing media bookings, raising POs, sharing insights and ensuring end activity matches back to brief

5. Work closely with the internal Creative Team to agree asset requirements for the campaign including images and video

6. Practice cross-team working to ensure the campaign is consistent across all channels.

7. Measure campaign success and contributing results into wider Marketing reports

8. Support Performance Marketing Manager with required A/B testing across platforms/channels

9. Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders 10. Act as a champion for the Universities new identity and brand, ensuring final product embodies the brand verbally and visually.

11. Support University events as and when required, including open days. This will require occasional weekend working.

Preferred Requirements:

• Highly relevant campaign management and media buying experience

• Proven track record of campaign planning to drive results

• Experience with working across different agencies and affiliates an advantage

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Looker, GA4, etc)
