Casual – Examination Invigilator
Rate of Pay: National Living Wage £11.44 per hour plus 12.07% accrued holiday per total value
Working Hours: Part-Time, various AdHoc

Main duties & responsibilities:
The University of Hertfordshire is looking to appoint individuals to invigilate the University's formal examinations as part of the Exams and Awards Office team. You will be ensuring the integrity of the exam process and enabling the provision of a professional and effective service.
Duties will include setting up examination rooms, checking attendance, collecting scripts, liaising with candidates and the Exam's Office to resolve queries, and ensuring students comply with the University's exam regulations.
Our main exam periods are in January (1 week), May (2 weeks), June (2 weeks).
Skills/Qualifications Required:
The post holder should be reliable, punctual, have a flexible attitude to work. You will have good communication skills and possess basic computer skills. You must be able to work as part of a team and on your own.
