    About the Role

    Reporting directly to the Manager: People & Organisational Development, you will provide end to end service coordination, advisory and project management support for POD initiatives. You will contribute significantly to efficient operation through the timely and proactive identification, coordination and implementation of process and systems improvement opportunities, ensuring streamlined and effective processes that enable optimal services to be delivered.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of procedures and administrative systems, and in the context of digital systems to deliver a quality service across diverse work environments
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in developing and delivering quality, customer and outcomes focussed services, including in the contexts of activities and event coordination
  • High level organisational and time management skills together with demonstrated resourcefulness and initiative including experience in managing competing demands, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team-based environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, research and business writing skills and a sound understanding of business processes across a complex organisation
