About the Position

The Creative Manager is a rich and rewarding role supporting the Associate Director, Brand and Content and leading the in-house creative team to raise Bond’s reputation, manage and govern the brand and enhance the visual identity and creative output for the university. We’re looking for a passionate, positive and collaborative creative with original thinking to join the team.

 

The right candidate will be a strong communicator with creative flair and proven experience leading a flourishing creative team. With a new brand platform on the horizon and scope to enhance and improve our visual identity across creative and video projects, this is an exciting time to join us. About the person

  • A university degree, preferably in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in design, visual identity and creative direction.  
  • Creative and highly motivated self-starter.
  • Highly developed brand management, design and art direction skills.
  • Strong team management skills including the ability to maintain a culture of creativity and a focus on strategic alignment.

 

Salary details

The salary for the position commences at $109,525.60 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

 

Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
