Job description

INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

Finance, Infrastructure & Commercial Services (FICS)

This full time, role is term time only (32 weeks per year). Working 36.5hrs per wk for any 5 days out of 7 this role will require you to work most shifts Monday to Friday however some evenings and weekend working will be required. This post will be operational across numerous locations within the Commercial Operations wider team.

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic members of staff to join our hospitality teams on Streatham and St Luke's the campuses.

Our team is driven on providing an exceptional customer service experience. Staff and students use our facilities year round, along with external customers out of term time. Across the campuses we provide the following services; retail shops, retail catering, residential catering, licenced premises, hospitality, conferencing and events.

We are looking for customer focused, team players who can also work alone. A particular focus will be on providing exceptional customer service at all times with a passion for providing high quality food and drink.

You will demonstrate high standards and be well organised. Having experience in roles within catering, front of house, retail and kitchens, with knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety would be advantageous.

You will have a flexible approach to working hours and practices, as well as having excellent communication skills. The role will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness within a busy environment, in line with Food Safety plus Health & Safety requirements.
