About the Role We are seeking a Digital Workplace Advisor to join the Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) team within Information Technology. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Support Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing technology needs, providing face-to-face and omni-channel support, and resolving daily issues with a focus on Service Excellence.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with IT teams to optimize incident resolution, problem management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Swinburne IT supports the University's 2025 Strategic Plan by driving technology innovation across key pillars: Future Ready Learners, Research with Impact, and Innovative Enterprise. As a Technology Centre of Excellence, it enhances teaching, learning, and research through emerging technologies.
