Attractive Total Package available between $198,900 to $222,300 (includes
base of between $170,000 and $190,000 salary plus 17% superannuation and
leave loading)

In this key leadership role, you will:
Inspire and empower educators across disciplines to adopt modern teaching

Collaborate with leaders across the University to influence and deliver
strategic goals that ensure CQUniversity remains at the forefront of
tertiary education innovation.
Drive the creation and implementation of forward-thinking teaching and
learning strategies that embrace next-generation tools, technologies, and
flexible approaches.
Champion Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, ensuring
accessibility and inclusivity for diverse learners.
Position Requirements
Significant experience as an educator, with a deep understanding of
designing and delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
A results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in achieving strategic
goals and leading meaningful change within the tertiary education sector.
Proven innovator with a track record of integrating emerging technologies
and forward-thinking pedagogies to enhance learning outcomes.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
influence, collaborate, and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
