About the Role The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Head of the Melbourne Medical School. This role requires excellent organisational, communication, and technical skills, along with discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters. The Executive Assistant is a key team member, coordinating meetings, correspondence and events while managing tasks independently and contributing to team-based projects within the School and broader University community.

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check.
