Working at CQUniversityCQUniversity's Office of Education, Strategy and Quality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Officer and Coordinator Projects, to provide high-level support to the Deputy Vice-President.
In this dynamic role, you will provide high-level advisory, analytical and support services to the Deputy Vice-President. Keeping abreast of critical and emerging issues, undertaking research, monitoring and delivery of educational project and analysing situational factors and advising the Deputy Vice- President as appropriate.
You will be instrumental in driving organisational growth and advancing educational initiatives. We seek a proactive and detail-focused professional with substantial experience in executive support and project management, as well as proficiency in managing large corporate systems. You will oversee projects, allocate resources effectively, provide comprehensive secretariat services, and ensure strict adherence to university policies and procedures while maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
