Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Programme Manager) (two posts) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 530404) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' work experience. Those with prior experience in taught postgraduate programme administration is highly preferred. They should have strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills; IT proficiency; be a good team player and self-starter with a positive attitude, great attention to details, and the ability to multitask and work independently. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is required.
The appointees will provide administrative support to the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programme in the Faculty, including programme operations, academic coordination, student administration, interaction with prospective candidates, students and other stakeholders; and perform other duties as assigned. They will work at the Faculty's Cyberport campus; and may be required to work outside normal office hours and on weekends, and travel outside Hong Kong occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
