Executive Officer in the Department of Psychology (Ref:530940) to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree, with at least 5 years of programme management experience, preferably in a tertiary institution. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good organizational, interpersonal, communications and problem-solving skills; and an appropriate level of IT proficiency. They should also be good team players with proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently. They should also be very attentive to details and with the ability to work on their own initiative.
The appointee will provide administrative support to the planning, execution and development of undergraduate programmes, inclusive of programme administration, admission, assessments, committee work, and supervisory of clerical staff. The appointee will also perform any other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
