With the ongoing development of initiatives to enhance undergraduates' Chinese language skills, we are actively seeking a skilled administrative leader to join our team.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in tertiary institutions is highly desirable. The role requires a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), along with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving skills, and a proficient level of IT skills. They should be self-motivated, a team player, and exhibit a strong sense of responsibility. They should have the capability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines, work independently, and perform under pressure.
The appointee will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, programme administration (such as planning and executing undergraduate curricula, admissions, exams, course evaluations, and managing student matters), report preparation and compilation, providing secretarial support to committees, and project management (including programme publicity and events). The role also involves staff supervision and undertaking other duties as assigned. Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test and an interview.
