    CQUniversity is looking for a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to manage our Sydney and Melbourne campuses. Reporting to the Deputy Director, you'll oversee and perform daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, contractor supervision, budget management and support university events and minor projects.

    We seek someone with strong knowledge of workplace health and safety, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Archibus, and excellent customer service and communication skills. This role requires a manual driver's license and the ability to perform heavy manual work, with a relevant trade qualification or degree being a bonus.

  • Knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety management strategies and legislative requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of performance-based contract management through constant auditing and scope understanding.
  • Demonstrated understanding, experience and competency in handyman type tasks, use of hand and battery tools and ladder use and safety.
  • Knowledge in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Management System (Archibus).
  • Demonstrate an ability to actively coordinate a service level agreement ensuring that all commitments to clients are met.
