Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Contribution: Work within our agile, innovative, and collaborative team, bringing a flexible approach to adapt to various needs across the Faculty.
  • Supportive Role: Play an active role in supporting a range of activities and stakeholders within the Faculty, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in all administrative tasks.

  • This is a full-time position based primarily in our Faculty Hub on the University of Bath campus, where your face-to-face presence will be key to building positive connections and providing high-quality support.

    About you

You will have excellent organisational skills, demonstrate a good use of initiative, be an exceptional team player and have the ability to multi-task and prioritise a busy workload.

You will have excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications. Some experience in, or a willingness to learn, data collection and/or analysis would be highly desirable, as you will be contributing to Faculty projects that require these skills.

Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential as you will be supporting the Faculty leadership team.

An interest in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives would be recognised, as you will have opportunities to support activities and committees that champion EDI within our community.

This role is an excellent fit for those looking to start a career in higher education administration, recent graduates, or anyone seeking a fulfilling position in a vibrant office environment.
