Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver a wide range of catering production services, supporting eight cafes, two kitchens, conferences, and various high- profile events.
  • With a hands on approach, leading all kitchen and production activities, ensuring quality and consistency, while engaging directly with customers and clients.
  • Take responsibility for production planning, procurement, hospitality bookings, and communication with other support services to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Support and manage event catering and retail activities, including planning special projects and training kitchen staff to meet high standards.
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including delivering briefings and offering insights into sales and budget planning.
  • Ensure all activities comply with complex regulations and procedures, such as data protection, financial requirements, and food safety standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management, including compliance with IOSH-approved guidelines and regulations.

    IOSH Approved Food Hygiene Qualification or a willingness to work towards this qualification is an essential requirement for this role .
