The role
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team as part of our in-house recruitment service delivering essential administrative support to the department. You will be the first point of contact for all CISL's incoming talent, therefore, it is essential that you can communicate clearly and meticulously. You will need to work well individually and as part of a team to ensure hiring campaigns are completed on schedule and emails are prioritised and handled accuracy and with the upmost professionalism.

This post is fixed term until 26th September 2025, full-time on a hybrid working basis with at least 1 day in our award-winning Cambridge office.
