From $76,654 to $82,617 gross per annum (HEW Level 4), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
Full-time, continuing role. Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde.
The Role
An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who has had experience / exposure in a junior HR capacity to join our newly created HR Shared Services team. The key focus of the role is to provide exceptional HR enquiry support to our employees. Our HR Contact Centre is the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring our workforce is delighted by the assistance they receive.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Contact Centre, you will:
About You
This fast-paced and challenging role will give you exposure to working with, and assist in supporting, a diverse group of employees. There will be opportunities to develop your HR knowledge and customer service skills with pathways for career advancement within the HR department and the broader organization.
You will need to have great attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated ability to develop solid understanding of the Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, and policies, and be comfortable using and learning new HR information systems and other technology tools.
Experience with Ascender and Workday will be highly regarded.
