Collaborating with the Learning Experience Design team, you'll translate complex learning objectives into engaging, accessible, and inclusive content. This role offers two unique opportunities:
Instructional Designer (Videography Focus) : Harness your video production skills to create dynamic multimedia content.
Instructional Designer (Graphic Design Focus) : Leverage your graphic design expertise to craft visually impactful digital and print assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design High-Impact Learning Materials : Develop instructionally sound, visually engaging digital and multimedia content tailored to diverse learning needs and aligned with UoM branding.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Learning Experience Designers and other stakeholders to create content that supports organisational development goals.

You are an innovative and detail-oriented designer passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences. You bring expertise in instructional design and one of the following specialties: videography or graphic design.
You will also have:
Instructional Design Expertise: Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles to develop impactful, inclusive, and accessible learning solutions.
Specialist Skills:
Digital Learning Platforms: Familiarity with LMS platforms and tools for creating and delivering e-learning content.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within deadlines, ensuring quality and consistency.
Collaborative Mindset: Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and contribute to a team environment.
Creative Problem-Solving: A track record of developing innovative solutions that address learner needs and enhance engagement.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to- date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
