An amazing opportunity to take up the role of a The Knowledge Exchange Officer and to be a part of The Transport Studies Unit (TSU) which is a centre of global excellence in research, engagement and education in transport and mobilities. The TSU hopes to inspire and inform change towards more sustainable and just transport systems through better understanding of how people and goods move.
The Knowledge Exchange Officer role is an important post created to coordinate and support knowledge exchange, engagement and impact activities within and across the TSU's research themes and projects. They are expected to plan and coordinate such activities at centre level, and to enable and support TSU researchers working in different parts of the world to develop and undertake their own activities. Helping TSU researchers to form networks, cultivate new and long-term partnerships with diverse actors, and sharing of good practice is an important aspect of the role. They will also be expected to support the TSU in monitoring and evaluating of knowledge exchange, engagement and impact activities, and to communicate impacts to diverse academic and non-academic audiences.
