The Role
As Lead HR Business Partner at the University of Cambridge, you will be a key strategic partner to the School or Institution you are aligned to, delivering a comprehensive HR service and collaboratively supporting organisational transformation. Working in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders within the School or Institution and HR colleagues, you will leverage best practice techniques to maximise service performance through the development of a business culture at senior levels. About you:
Graduate with membership of the CIPD or equivalent experience;
Extensive experience in a senior HR role, with multi-discipline knowledge and experience;
