Based in UniSA Academic Services at the City West or City East Campus
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Academic Learning Support, you will provide online and face-to-face learning assistance to UniSA's online enabling program, UniStart. You will also work closely with academic staff for UniSA Online to deliver tailored learning support to meet the needs of student cohorts with particular needs. You have experience in supporting students in enabling programs and you are passionate about supporting a diverse student cohort.
About the Student Engagement Unit
The Student Engagement Unit (SEU) is responsible for the strategic development and delivery of student facing services that will enhance the on- campus and off-campus student experience for all students. The SEU also takes strategic steps to inform the quality of the student experience of learning and teaching, support services, the learning environment, and student facilities.
