We are on an exciting journey within People and Culture, building to ensure we meet our strategic ambitions. You will be part of the Talent and Development Team which drives talent acquisition and development activities across Falmouth University and our partner, Falmouth Exeter Plus.

We operate a hybrid flexible approach to working with the opportunity to work from home and/or campus. The Talent and Development team usually work 2 days/week from Penryn campus.
