  • Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Education/Master of Teaching (or equivalent qualification), current teacher registration (or eligibility for registration) along with extensive experience of teaching in a secondary school context.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Familiarity with relevant policy and Australian Curriculum documents (particularly the 7-10 Australian Curriculum and senior secondary schooling requirements).
  • Familiarity with university standards, academic writing, and research, including the ability to engage in research aligned with institutional strengths and secure external grants.
  • Proven experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, utilising multi-modal delivery strategies, and contributing to curriculum development and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, and foster a positive team culture.
